Electronic Dust Collector

Dust Collector is made of aluminum materials, and it can be cleaned and recycled. And the dust collector can reduce the second pollution and bacteria cross infection. The insulation materials are high insulation anti- aging compound plastic, which guarantees the long time insulation.

Working Principle:

The dust collector applies the two segment form static precipitation filtration technology, which lets the particles in the air catch the pollutants at an efficient way after the particle gaining electric charge.

The first segment: ionization area

Most of the particles are captured by the preposition filter net. The smaller particles get into the first part of the dust collector with the air current, ionization area. These particles are ionized under the effect of the high powered ion, and the working voltage is over 8000V.

The second segment: dust collecting area

Charged particles get into the dust collecting area. The charged particles are absorbed on the surface of dust collecting board with the opposite polarity, and the working voltage is over 4000V. The air filtered by the electronic recycled into the atmosphere.
